Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital files can be copied immediately after download. For that reason, refunds are not offered simply because you changed your mind after access was granted.

We will investigate refunds when the file is defective, the wrong product was delivered, or payment was duplicated. Contact support within 14 days with your order email.

If a refund is approved, download tokens for that order will be revoked. Chargebacks may result in account closure. This policy does not limit rights you may have under consumer law in your region.
